Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Company, the PAI member for Cumbria, Lancashire and the Lake District, have acquired the former Valuation Office Agency offices at Glynis House, Ulverston, Cumbria. The property extends to a total of just under 10,000 sq ft, plus on-site car parking for around 45 vehicles.
