PAI member Naylors were delighted to win 'Office Agency of Year' at the inaugural Insider Media North East Property Awards, which were held at the Gosforth Marriott Hotel earlier this month.
The awards ceremony included a full range of categories including Deal of the Year, Law Firm of the Year and Refurbishment of the Year.
Naylors were delighted to win the Office Agency award amongst a shortlist which included Bradley Hall, Gavin Black & Partners, Cushman & Wakefield and Dodds Brown.
It's been a busy 12 months for the Office Agency team who have secured a number of significant deals and new instructions, including the sale of Salvus House in Durham and their appointment on the Vaux development in Sunderland on behalf of Siglion.
The event, which was hosted by author and comedian Ian Moore, was launched to recognise the excellence of the sector in the region and to reward the very best property companies, developments and deals over the last 12 months.
Philip Cunliffe, Insider’s regional business editor, said: “There is clearly an appetite for these awards, providing as they do a wonderful, timely opportunity not only to showcase many of the excellent companies, developments and deals in the North East but also to gather the sector together for an enjoyable night of celebration.”
Angus White, managing director of Naylors added: "I would like to say a big thank you to all of our clients who have made this award possible and congratulations to our office agency team for their fantastic achievement".
Naylors was also one of the main sponsors of the event along side Muckle LLP.
