Three lettings secured at Brockhampton development

PAI member Fisher German has successfully let out three offices in Brockhampton, Hereford, with just two units still available.

Fisher German has secured lettings on units The Dairy, which has been leased to export management firm Collett Export; Parlours Barn, let by a local building company; and Middle Granary, leased to Fisher German.

The elegant farm buildings, set in the heart of the Brockhampton Estate, were originally built around 1834 but have been transformed into high-quality office units.

Just two units on the site remain, offering 360 sq ft and 1,421 sq ft respectively, and boast a breath-taking rural setting with high speed broadband connectivity.

The well-located site is based just five miles from Junction 4 of the M50 and 15 minutes from the historic city of Hereford and the market town of Ross-in-Wye.
