PAI members Burley Browne, alongside joint agents Andrew Dixon & Co, have successfully disposed of Units 5A & B and Units 9A, B & C Progress Drive on behalf of private clients following a short marketing campaign. 

The property extends to approximately 31,500 sq ft and comprises three interconnecting bays and enclosed yard area situated approximately 1 mile to the south of Cannock town centre in a well-established and popular industrial position off the main A34 Walsall Road.  

The premises were sold close to the asking price of £1.4 million and at the time of marketing generated a strong level of interest, synonymous with current market conditions for industrial style opportunities.
