Double Disposal for Tennent Caledonian Brewery

On behalf of Tennent Caledonian Brewery, part of C&C Group Plc, PAI members Lapsley McManus Property Consultants are delighted to confirm the sale of two warehouse properties at 10 Crompton Way, North Newmoor, Irvine and 577 Lawmoor St, Glasgow. 

10 Crompton Way, Irvine (pictured) comprised a modern standalone distribution warehouse extending to 50,311 sq.ft (4,676 sq.m) set within a 5.22 acre (2.111 hectare) site.  The property was sold on confidential terms. 

577 Lawmoor Street, lies within Dixon Blazes Industrial Estate just off junction 1A of the M74, and comprised a traditional warehouse property extending to 23,264 sq.ft (2,162.12 sq.m) secure yard, self contained garage / workshop and car Parking and was sold to Spectrum Properties for £675,000 for redevelopment. 

As the introduction to C&C Group was from (former) PAI member, Williams Gunter Hardwick it further underlined the collective strength of PAI.
