Fenn Wright named EG’s Most Active Agent in the South East

PAI members Fenn Wright have been awarded overall winners of the EG’s Most Active Agent 2020 for the South East region (exc. London).

For 20 years the EG has run its annual ‘Most Active Agent’ competition and the firm are pleased to take part and compete against national and international agents for the coveted award of Most Active Agent.

2020 has certainly been a challenging year but Fenn Wright are extremely pleased to announce that it has placed first for ‘Offices’, third for ‘Industrial’, third for ‘Leisure & Hospitality’ and fifth for ‘Retail’.  As a result of its multi-sector performance Fenn Wright has been awarded the overall winner for the South East region.

EG summed it up well, saying ‘‘Perhaps the biggest shock of this year’s competition is that Lambert Smith Hampton is no longer the most active agent in the South East, which it has been since 2001.  That accolade now lies with regional specialist Fenn Wright which delivered a table topping performance in offices and podium performances elsewhere.’’

Michael Moody, Partner at Fenn Wright, said “This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the experience and exceptional performance of the team of professionals here at Fenn Wright.  We remain focussed on building upon our firms success throughout the Essex and Suffolk markets and will continue to provide an unrivalled service to our clients.  If you have a commercial property that you are looking to sell or let please do get in touch.”
