Flude Commercial act in Bournemouth hotel acquisition

PAI member Flude Commercial acted for Motoring and Leisure Services Ltd(MLS) in identifying the 83-bedroom Hallmark Hotel in Bournemouth West Cliff for their acquisition.

The hotel was acquired following a detailed search for full service hotel along the South Coast. The hotel will remain fully public but will also be offered through the Motoring and Leisure Services membership services. 

The 83 bed room hotel is the latest addition to their existing leisure portfolio, which also includes Ghyll Manor Hotel in Rusper, Surrey. 

This transaction on also represents Flude Commercial’s second hotel client acquisition in 12 months having also successfully acquired a site at 78 West Street, Brighton with planning consent for a 133 bedroom hotel scheme last year for Silvercoin Investments Ltd.
