London Clancy achieves 100% occupancy at Basingstoke Trade Park

PAI member London Clancy and Stiles Harold Williams are pleased to announce that the last remaining unit at Basingstoke Trade Park has been let to In ‘n’ Out Autocentres.

The National MOT and Servicing company have taken Unit 152, which provides a total of 5,715 sq ft, and will be their 20th centre.

Basingstoke Trade Park proves to remain a highly popular trade counter location, with neighbouring occupiers including Screwfix, Benchmarx and Halford Autocentres.
