PAI members Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce the letting of 47 Cromwell Road in Hove to SupaJam, a music and media education provider, who has taken a new 10 year lease.
The building was previously used as a language school which had to close as a result of the impact the Covid-19 Pandemic has had on education facilities reliant on students attending from countries outside of the UK.
The property provides an attractive detached period building and 7,315 sq ft of space arranged over four floors, together with an attractive garden.
SupaJam are a unique group of post-16 specialist music colleges based across the South East. SupaJam’s mission is to ‘help vulnerable young people who have previously fallen out of formal education to engage, achieve and progress in a unique, inclusive learning environment’.
Director, Andrew Halfacree, commented, “This is a happy ending to a difficult story with the previous tenant’s business having been decimated by Covid and our client enduring a lengthy period with an empty building. SupaJam have big plans for their business in Brighton & Hove which we hope they will realise from this property”.
