Notts business park almost full after lockdown letting

A popular business park in Nottingham is approaching full capacity following a lockdown deal overseen by PAI member Innes England.

Multi Packaging Solutions Ltd, part of global packaging giant WestRock, has agreed terms on some 8,300 sq ft of floor space at Aspect Business Park in Bulwell to relocate its 40-strong specialist corporate team from Phoenix Park in Nuthall.

The firm has had a strong presence in Nottingham for many years, specialising in complex packaging for various sectors and multi-media markets worldwide.

Aspect Business Park is ideally positioned alongside Junction 26 of the M1 motorway and the A610 offers efficient access to the Nottingham outer ring road and city centre.

Andy Darrington, director of Multi Packaging Solutions, said: “Our new suite in Aspect Court really is the perfect fit for us and gives us everything we were looking for.

“As well as offering really high quality, modern business accommodation, the location is fabulous with easy access to the M1 and all Bulwell’s amenities are within very easy reach for our staff. There’s plenty of office and car parking space for our experienced and respected corporate team and we’re very pleased to be staying local to the area.”

Associate director at Innes England, Ross Whiting who acted on behalf of the landlord, Squarestones, said: “We are delighted to welcome Multi Packaging Solutions to Aspect Business Park.

“We’re very positive about this site as an office location which is endorsed by continuing high occupancy levels. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not only retaining our existing occupiers but are adding to the list and now only have one remaining suite on the whole park.

Liz Bailey, associate director at CBRE, who represented the tenants added: “We’re pleased to have facilitated the move to new offices for Multi Packaging Solutions. The combination of quality product and the site’s excellent accessibility made it a perfect choice.”

Squarestones founding partner Paul Coulter commented: "We are delighted to welcome Multi Packaging Solutions to Aspect Business Park. The strategic suburban location close to local amenities and the M1 is super attractive to companies looking to get back to work but offering their staff plenty of space for large desks and circulation space in low-rise buildings with secure, free on-site car parking.

“Aspect perfectly fits business’ new office space requirements as companies look to regroup staff  in a post-Covid environment whilst future-proofing their business space against future pandemics and working closely with landlords like ourselves who take pride in tailoring deals specific to our clients’ needs on flexible terms at affordable prices for high quality space."
