The summer months have proved to be busy for PAI member Burley Browne's office agency team who have completed a variety of lettings and sales across the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Worcestershire areas.
Office lettings have been completed within Sutton Coldfield Town Centre to occupiers relocating to larger offices and also to occupiers currently working from home. The Holly suite within Trinity Place Sutton Coldfield offered modern courtyard offices with parking and was recently refurbished – the marketing was assisted with the use of Matterport virtual tour technology which proved to be invaluable in securing the tenant. Similarly, at Wrens Court an office letting was secured to an occupier moving away from home working – Wrens Court is an established courtyard development situated in Sutton Coldfield Town Centre and home to a variety of professional businesses.
The office agency team were instructed to act on behalf of a private client in Worcestershire at The Paddocks located on the Chateau Impney Estate – the ground floor offices were refurbished to a high specification and as such Matterport Virtual tour technology was used to assist with the marketing. Shortly after the commencement of marketing, terms were agreed with a national healthcare operator for a new Lease.
Alongside securing office lettings, the team have been busy disposing of office premises across the region with sales achieved in Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield to owner occupiers. 9 Wrens Court was sold to an owner occupier shortly after the commencement of marketing and met with a strong level of interest. The offices were located in the modern Wrens courtyard with excellent access to the Town Centre and all major amenities. A sale of 71a Upper John Street was secured to an owner occupier following a short marketing campaign which saw strong levels of interest and multiple viewings achieved – the marketing campaign was assisted using Matterport virtual tour technology.
