Estate Road No 1 is an established industrial location with the property being visible from the A180 motorway link road providing access into Grimsby.
The property was available on a new ground lease from North East Lincolnshire Council.
The property has been purchased by Northcoast Seafoods. Northcoast are an existing business and the purchase will see them expand their existing operations specialising in prawn and whitefish products. The investment emphasises Grimsby key role in the UK and Europe’s sea-food sector.
The property had been marketed at a guide price of £775,000.
