Sold: Winklebury Way, Basingstoke

Acting on behalf of a Private Investor, PAI member London Clancy has successfully sold the above long leasehold retail investment to a Property Vehicle.

The fully let premises comprise some 22,082 sq.ft. (including mezzanine) on a site of circa 1.29 acres. Subject to a Ground Lease with some 92 years unexpired.

The quoting price was £1.25m plus VAT, Subject to Contract which would show a yield of about 11.63% after purchaser’s costs.
