Acting on behalf of Motoring and Leisure Services Ltd, PAI member Flude Property Consultants (FPC) contacted fellow member Vickery Holman to act jointly to conclude the sale of Treworgie Barton.

There is significant scope for further business growth for the new owners of Treworgie Barton since the property benefits from planning permission for 10 high-quality glamping pods to be constructed in an area of the site that will take full advantage of the views over the countryside and sea. Given the levels of interest in both staycations and glamping, this is likely to significantly enhance the revenue streams at the complex.
